Light are off and nobodies home

My section got hit with a serious storm over the past couple of days. This was nasty... rain, freezing rain, sleet, snow, all that crap piling down at once... and it's APRIL! This pounding has not fared well for those of us caught in her path. That good inch of ice that accumulated Tuesday was bad enough, already causing limbs to break off of trees and breaking power lines, combine that wet heavy snow that fell the night before... and the situation got fundamentally worse.

Here we have our neighbors situation... the burden of that ice and snow bringing entire branches down upon their power lines, completely snapping one off at the pole, while another hangs ominously off the other two.

Needless to say, their staying with family for the time being.
